From the desk of the President:

As we near the historic 50th anniversary of the founding of the Black Panther Party celebration in Oakland CA on October 20 – 23, 2016, I greet you.

The organizing committees are still hard at work putting together a wonderful 50th Anniversary convening and celebration. There are many events and workshops in the works for you to partake.

Chairman Bobby Seale’s 80th birthday is October 22, and we are planning a birthday celebration and roast that Saturday, October 22 at HS Lordships, 199 Seawall Drive, Berkeley CA from 11 am to 3 pm. The tickets are $75, being sold via our Eventbrite link below.

PLEASE NOTE: No tickets will be sold at the door. We are anticipating a sold out event, so you are encouraged to buy tickets for this event before they are sold out.
