03 Aug Ronald ‘Doc’ Satchel

Comrade Ron “Doc” Satchel, has transitioned January 5, 2013. Doc was the Minister of Health for the Illinois Chapter of The Black Panther Party. He was wounded multiple time in the house when Comrades Fred Hampton and Mark Clark were murdered by the US government in 1969. Ron was shot numerous times and suffered greatly throughout his life from those wounds. He worked here locally for Dr.Tolbert Small at the Harriet Tubman clinic.
